Registration fees for Authors who present a paper
⚠️ Authors must register and pay until September 30, 2026 to be included in the conference program!
(*) Applies to professionals who work at member institutions of the ICACIT System in 2025 (Click here)
(1) One paper is included in the conference fee, for each additional paper a fee of Author 200 USD or Authors Members of ICACIT System or IEEE 150 USD is charged.
(2) One author can register a maximum of 02 papers in Symposium ICACIT 2026.
Registrations are only valid after receipt of payment and all bank charges are the responsibility of the debtor.

Registration Requirements for Paper Presentations
- In order for a paper to be presented during the symposium sessions, at least one of its authors must be duly registered for the event.
- Authors are required to submit the final version of their paper within the designated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the paper from both the oral presentation schedule and this call for submissions.
- Submission of the final version and the corresponding oral presentation are mandatory requirements for the paper to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
- Each paper may include a maximum of four authors.
- The paper presentations will takeplace from Wednesday, October 22 to Friday, October 23 , 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The Program Committee will determine the exact day and time, which will be notified via the email [email protected]
Cancellations Policies:
A refund is possible if requested until August 31, 2026, an application must be sent to the Conference Chair (Jimmy Túllume Salazar) and sent to the e-mail [email protected], indicating the reasons, if accepted the Cancellation fee of US $ 50.00 will be deducted from the registration fee paid. There will be no refunds for applications received after this date. If an author has uploaded a paper using their payment, the payment will not be reimbursed, even if the paper is withdrawn.
Substitutions:
Substitutions for those registered will be processed until August 31, 2026 (without penalty). All requests for substitutions must be sent by e-mail to the Conference Chair to the e-mail [email protected] .
