IMPORTANT: Deadline for the registration of AUTHORS: September 15th, 2025

Cancellation Policies:

A refund is possible if requested until August 15th, 2025. An application must be sent to the Conference Chair (Jimmy Túllume Salazar) via email [email protected], indicating the reasons. If accepted, a cancellation fee of US $50.00 will be deducted from the registration fee paid. No refunds will be made for applications received after this date. If an author has uploaded a paper using their payment, the payment will not be reimbursed, even if the paper is withdrawn.

Registration Requirements for Paper Presentations
In order for a paper to be presented during the symposium sessions, at least one of its authors must be duly registered for the event.
Authors are required to submit the final version of their paper within the designated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the paper from both the oral presentation schedule and this call for submissions.
Submission of the final version and the corresponding oral presentation are mandatory requirements for the paper to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Each paper may include a maximum of four authors.
The paper presentations will take place from Wednesday, October 15 to Friday, October 17 , 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The Program Committee will determine the exact day and time, which will be notified via the email [email protected]
