About Invitation Letters

A letter of invitation is provided only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee.

Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting.

The letter will be provided by email after verification of your registration and payment.

Processing Time

We suggest that you leave ample time to apply and obtain your VISA.

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend Symposium ICACIT 2026.

Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.

Required Information for Invitation Letter

  • Complete name: Full legal name as it appears on your passport
  • Mailing address: Complete physical address for correspondence
  • Accepted paper number (if applicable): Paper ID from the submission system
  • Accepted paper title (if applicable): Title of your accepted paper
  • Additional details: Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application.

Important Notes

You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.

Once the letter is issued, a refund cannot be granted per Symposium ICACIT Policy.

The invitation letter is issued solely for visa application purposes and does not imply any financial support from the conference organizers.

All invitation letters are sent via email in PDF format. Physical copies are not provided unless specifically requested and may incur additional shipping charges.
