Academic Visits

The ICACIT Symposium 2026 offers participants the opportunity to join Academic Visits to leading universities in Santiago, Chile. These visits are designed to complement the Symposium by providing first-hand exposure to innovative learning environments, engineering laboratories, and educational best practices.

Participants will visit specialized engineering and computing laboratories, interact with faculty members and laboratory staff, and learn about the teaching methodologies, technologies, and infrastructure that support high-quality engineering education.

Academic Visits provide a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, strengthen institutional collaboration, and discover innovative approaches to laboratory-based learning, industry engagement, and student development.

Objectives

    • Experience engineering and computing education in internationally recognized universities.
    • Visit specialized laboratories and research facilities.
